Notice: Updated Cancellation and Missed Appointment Fees​

Effective June 8, 2026, our cancellation and missed appointment fees will be as follows:

​

• Late Cancellation Fee: $40 for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

• Missed Appointment Fee: $85 for appointments canceled with less than 1 hour's notice or missed without notice. ​

 

​​​​At this time, we are conducting our visits in person and via telehealth. If you are new to communicating with us through video, please click here for information about connecting via Zoom for video appointments.

Please be aware that for all telehealth appointments (telephone or video), due to laws and regulations governing health care provision and medical licensing, you must be physically located in Connecticut at the time of the appointment.
